Air Inclusive Package Tour Price Inclusions

Price Does Not Include
- passport and visa fares
- airport departure taxes
- excess baggage charges
- items of a personal nature such as meals, tips, laundry, wines, liquors, telephone calls, etc.
- optional sightseeing tours and transportation other than those indicated in the itinerary
Extension
Extended stay are permitted subject to availability and applicable charges. Such requests are to be made at the time of booking prior to departure.
Price
All prices quoted are in Canadian funds based on tariffs, rates of exchange, costs and schedules in effect as on date of quotation and are subject to change without notice. Airfares used are based on round trip economy excursion fares and are governed by rules and conditions applicable to this type of fare. Further more tour prices are based on twin sharing with minimum of 2 people to operate. Single supplement therefore will only be applicable when there are 3 or more people traveling together. For single traveler, supplement applies.
Travel Documents Needed
Please see your travel agent and/or local health clinic for up to date information on passports, visas, photographs and vaccinations required at the time your reservations are made. It is your responsibility to ensure you carry the correct documentation.
Baggage
At owner's risk throughout the tour. Trans Pacific baggage allowance is not more than two pieces checked, with the combined total dimensions of which may not exceed 106 inches. Some carriers within Asia restrict the total baggage weight (including hand carried) to 10 kilograms (44 lbs.). Additional charges for excess baggage may apply.
Hotels
Accommodation is based on sharing in twin bedded rooms. Single rooms may be provided upon payment of single supplements as indicated. Canada One Vacations will endeavor to provide the specified hotel at all times. In event that a particular hotel is unavailable, passengers will be accommodated in another property of equal or better class.
Reservations/Deposits/Balance Payments
Reservations may be made through any bona fide travel agent. A deposit of $300.00 per person is required within 10 days from date of confirmation. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in automatic cancellation of the reservations and the refund of deposit if and, less cancellation penalties, will be made.
Cancellation Penalties/Refunds
Refunds, less an administration fee of $100.00 per person will be made for cancellations received more than 90 days before departure. Penalties for cancellations made less that 90 days prior to departure will be assessed as follows:

After commencement of the tour, no refunds can be given for any hotel accommodation, meals, sightseeing or other items included in our tour price when not utilized.
Credit Card Reservations
Your authorization of the use of your credit card to make reservations with Canada One Vacations binds you to our booking terms and conditions even without your signature on the applicable credit card draft. Charges will be made immediately against your credit card account with your verbal authorization. The travel agent must secure a letter of confirmation signed by the cardholder authorizing the use of his/her credit card without his/her signature. It is advised a copy of this must be kept on file by the travel agent. In the event of a charge dispute, the travel agent will be held responsible for the payment of the reservation.
Insurancce
Canada One Vacations is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of baggage or personal belongings, nor for personal injury, accidents or illness. For your own protection, it is important to have sufficient medical and baggage insurance coverage. Trip cancellation insurance is also strongly recommended and must be taken out at time of booking. Your travel agent will be happy to arrange insurance based on your personal travel needs.
Liability
Canada One Vacations acts only as an agent for Carriers, Transportation Companies, Hotels, and all other contractors and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, change of schedule or other irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond their control. Canada One Vacations reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without notice if found in the best interest of all concerned. The right is also reserved to accept or reject any person as a tour participant or to cancel a tour at any time, in which case Canada One Vacations shall have no responsibility beyond the refund of moneys paid by the tour participant. Canada One Vacations will not be responsible for any costs resulting from any Tour Member's improper documentation. The airlines concerned are not held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passenger's contract is in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and purchaser of this tour and/or passenger. Any or all transportation companies herein mentioned shall have or incur no responsibility for liability to any traveler aside from their liability as common carriers.
